fuck man, think i'll start my 16 weeks workout regime during my camp break.. haha so much for motivation..

anyway i'm going to follow closely to the exercises from this webbie..

By next week which will be my first, i'll be doing this..

Monday: Resistance Training
Tuesday: Interval Training: Cardio
Wednesday: Resistance Training
Thursday: Interval Training: Cardio
Friday: Resistance Training
Saturday: Interval Training: Cardio
Sunday: Rest

and what makes the resistance training is this...

this will also be known as supersets!

A1: Standard pushups (20) x 3
A2: Body Squat (20) x 3

B1: Stationary Lunges (20) x 3
B2: Pull ups (20) x 3

C1: Burpees (15) x 3
C2: Plank 45sec


And As for food.. (as taken from the webbie)

Basic Rules:
Rule #1: Eat smaller meals throughout day.
Rule#2: Consume enough high quality protein every day.
Rule#3: Consume 25-35 grams of fiber each day
Rule#4: Avoid refined sugars and refined grains.
Rule#5: Consume an adequate amount of fat.
Rule#6: Keep yourself hydrated all day.


p.s i know my gf will be angry with me for this (she likes fat guys).. but i always wanted to have a nice bod.. :(

alrite well remember how i said long ago that i'm gonna blog bout how i struggled as a Drill instructor and slowly climb up the ranks and become Sargent? well.. lets scrap that plan.., NS for me is the same throughout every new intake..same old lessons on rescue equipments, same old PT lessons, same old footdrill..just that the people around me change, nice people, fucked up recruits, gay recruits, those who like to keng, the mats, the bengs, the very ON ones, the bootlicker, the attention seeker, and much much more.. i see them all.. and the people i work with will always be remembered for the fun times and how we endured our captain's nag session..



back then when i just entered the force i had 2 yrs to think about, now i left exactly 7 months till i ORD..

sweeet..

but anyway i'm doing fine.. slowly progressing in my driving lessons, considering it was 2 months ago that i almost swerved into a bangla on his bicycle.. but thats all i could say about the 2 years.. the only "achievement" i guess..
so maybe i shld start doing something for myself.. so that this 2 yrs wont feel like a waisted..something..

therefore.. i'm gonna reveal something i've been secretly dreaming about since i was old enough to shave, old enough to see hair down below, old enough to find out that my shit stinks.. well maybe it seems very shallow but then again its just a dream..a goal? i dunno..

so yeah i'm gonna beef myself up and when i'm ready.. i'm gonna try be on the cover of men's helth!

yeahh.. haha i know its abit cock.. but i dont mind giving it a go..

so yes this blog will now be my dormain where i see my own results.. I'M GOING TO TAKE 16 WEEKS TO TRANSFORM FROM THIS PILE OF SHIT

i've mapped a plan and if this works then.. who knows.. i might start something from there :)

oh well.. i'm gonna start on monday (19 November 07) and week by week i'll upload pictures and the workouts..
