okay week one is done.. and i've completed the workouts deligently (disciplined eh).. however the "what you should eat" part is a challenge cause as an asian, rice is like hard to avoid.. did consumed on few occasions, BUT very small portion.. and maybe last night's drinks was also bit of a sin, wasnt much though.. (terquila shot(s), some jw, bourbon coke and few sips of vodka orange :S) but after that i washed it all down with a large bottle of water.. water parade style.. and boy, i had to pee so many times.. even at some corner near esplanade..
anyway i club once a month, that means i meet my friends once a month.. yeap.
(and babe, i dunno whats tt sign means.. i just did it cause i saw someone else doing it too >.<)

but from tt clubbing pic my shoulder looks bit broader, rite?
